The torque adjustment is 12 and it does not move. I was about to give up, but when I turned it strongly, it worked. It was in a cardboard box without being wrapped, so I wanted you to check the operation.

There is no problem with the operation, and the air volume can be adjusted in about 4 steps by operating the lever. The attached nozzle and dust bag were also firmly fixed. Unfortunately, the electric drill I bought together was forcibly put in the box, so it was rubbed and covered with scratches.
