Goods not as described. The drills are sharpened incorrectly. One edge is sharpened correctly and the other is sharpened wrong, as if the drill is going to turn counterclockwise!

The product was delivered 28 days after my order. Before I use it yet, I will use it well. However, I ordered Aliepxress Standard Shipping for an additional shipping fee, but shipped to 38~ with electric drill. I also inquired about refunding the additional shipping cost, The seller replied only with the phrase 'The order is normal and I will talk to the logistics company, so please wait patiently'. I have not received a refund for the additional shipping cost.
