I ordered and paid for this product, but i never got it! I contacted the seller and the seller asked me to check all the neighbors and people around us, but no one have it! Then the seller asked me to contact the post, when i visited the post, the staff there told me that they can not help and recommended me to contact DHL. When i contacted DHL, they said they can not help because the seller didn’t make a request to check. Then i asked the seller to make the request , the seller just rejected and insisted that i should go to the post! So they just kick the ball around, the seller is the only part who can solve the problem, but they refuse to help. I paid the money, got nothing but a lot of trouble and also wasted a lot of time for asking and arguing. The post and DHL rejected my help request, this i can understand stand because basically i did not pay for their service, but the seller rejected to help is quite surprising, i paid them nearly 50 euro, i got nothing from them finally.
