The item is working. The seller answers the questions and takes into account the buyer's wishes. Very sensitive buttons. Only 2 burning modes (permanently or when pressed). You cannot assign more than one burn mode per button, you can only change the color. It is impossible for the button to constantly shine in some color, and when pressed, it changes color. It is very difficult to find on a special website of the manufacturer (not the seller!) Program control console programming.
orcapad48 is great. I'm a professional composer and sound designer/musician. I plugged it into Ableton on my Mac and it worked immediately. now using it to control omnisphere. as a live controller it is impressive. very responsive pads. I've still not read the manual as it's so intuitive but I will someday to discover more feature. awesome quality/price
