Brought this set instead of some of the other vendors sets, as it says they are chrome vanadium, most of the other cheaper sets are carbon steel. Can't tell myself if the set is what it says it is, but taking the needle nose pliers and clamping down on a solid piece of steel with reasonable force, caused no bending on the pliers. So all good, happy with the purchase.
