Rubbish and lie, never buy anything from this shop! The seller confirmed that its natural wood and shipped it anyway, in fact it's MDF with delaminating plastic coating. Very bad quality and not wood. Never buy from here!

The holder is like in the description. The material isn't really plywood (more like compressed layered cardboard), but that was fine considering I had to move one of the hinges. It would have been more difficult with plywood, cardboard is easier to cut, it is still sturdy enough.
