This is a quality product, and the packaging is good, too. The grinding parts are very good, grind fast, much better than my previous grinder from Ali. One minor thing not mentioned here is that inner volume is not too large, it's not the whole internal volume of the item, but rather a straight hole in it, so there's not much volume in the bottom part. That's why it stores 1/3 the volume of salt/pepper my other grinder does (having the same external volume)
