The size table is not accurate

The colour is perfect, and the material is nice, I like the buttons on the outside too. But I am quite tall, and I have long arms, so the sleeves were quite short on me. I'll wear it to the grocery, but not out-out. For a lady who is shorter or more average height it would be better,
