I not receive the parcel. the seller was confirmed parcel was successfully delivered. The inform by the seller buyer protection time running out. They cannot provide me the identity card of the receiver and ask me go check with the post. They not responsibility huh for the parcel not receive by the buyer. Their website was stated buyer protection.
Pay for not receive the order just see the words PARCEL WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. WHERE THEY SENT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ORDER NOT RECEIVED BY THE BUYER.
