I am a long term user of the menstrual cup, so I had many expectations about trying this one. It was disappointed, the product is exactly as described, but it is very messy to use, the valve does block with blood clots and it's very thick so it hurts putting in and out. I will stay with the regular one, and keep this for emergencies. P.S: It arrived very quickly to Colombia, exactly a month to Medellin
