The shoes are genuine leather except for the heel lining. The insole is also leather. The sole is soft rubber that makes them very comfortable. It absorbs shock well, when walking. The only downside is that for this model that is cut and sewn at the top, the thick leather with no lining , might irritate and leave blisters. The leather is very bendy, not hard, but still the design inside could be bothering for some. Otherwise very comfy and good value for the money.
