I am regular L size. But I ordered XL size to be sure, that arms are long enough. But still XL was like regular L and arms are like size S/M. So i recommend to order 2 size bigger than you regular wear. Otherwise looks nice, but I think it is not 100% cashmere because when I take it over head, it has lot of electricity. Item came very fast,
