They send a used and broken one. I friendly askes What to do about this. They Said they will refund. But i still recieved nothing

i love the car, surprisingly it arrived in 2 days only, found out it was sent from Germany not from Czech republic as written, amazing! The car is strong and very fast, i dont think though that it reaches 50kmh but it is much faster than other cars onbthe market. Downside is its battery, did not last 15 mins, buy 2 extra batteries to enjoy it to the max :)
