Paired with the alarm host, it works. I give it only 4 stars because it has the cheap plastic feeling. And more importantly, when motion is detected the plastic cover turns red for a second or two. So it should not be placed somewhere where it may hinder anyone’s sleep - any movement will trigger a red light in a dark room. For the rest, it does what it’s supposed to do.
