The item took almost 1 month to reach. It does have an industrial smell to it, hopefully will be good after washing off. It does have different vibration/pulse types as mentioned and almost feels similar to the vibration of a mobile phone. The vibration isn't strong enough to be felt on thicker body parts like the shoulders etc but you can easily feel it if you catch it in your hands. It does make a lot of noise so not something to be used in public if someone is into 50 shades of grey kind of thing. Haven't used it for pleasure yet so cannot be sure how that will be like. But overall it's alright.
