Unfortunately the product (or parcel) haven't arrived to my country/address, I don't know if they will arrive or if it's lost or was stolen on their way. Can't blame the seller, blame is on me since I should had paid extra for International tracking instead of using the free parcel service which has no international tracking, I'm responsible for that, knowing that the actual COVID-19 pandemic and my country lackluster postal service would fail me. For all of that I have the principle of not opening a dispute since it was my error on not using a better parcel service option.
