I ordered with DHL 7 day shipping. Seller tried to say he was offering me a better service by sending the item in over 20 days with a different shipping method. I requested to cancel because I needed the smoke machine by a certain date for an event. Seller refused to cancel numerous times. Seller lied about shipping item and used a fake shipping tracking number. Item was never shipped. Seller was too concerned about protecting his own store reputation by not canceling. Seller tried various ways of getting me to not follow AliExpress procedure. What this seller has done is damage the high reputation of AliExpress. Luckily four months later I opened a dispute with seller and yet again seller refused and wanted me to cancel it for a quicker refund. (more than likely a scam). AliExpress decided in my favor. Thank you AliExpress for not letting this store scam people.
There ordered warez would not be shipped. We have refund the money. No more orders at this shop !
