Poor quality , but appreciate the seller effort, and communication, that is the only reason, I didn't request for a reimbursement. The one in the picture, looks different from what I received for that money. Item like that sold to Canadian customers should be tougher. but thank you anyway, and I never buy winter coat with Ali again, maybe spring....
