arrived pretty fast, nice beam and agel ring, but 12-24V is an issue: @12.5V it draws 1.47A/0.18A so total is actually above 20w; @20.5V it draws 0.7A/0.1A which is less than 20w... not sure what the issue is, but it is still a good product, recomend.
