Product came broken form inside. Seller asks to wait while they're communicating with the factory, but after a month they are still "communicating"

The product works very well. I now have a correct internet connexion ! At first, when seeing the packaging (absolutely no protection of the item!) I feared it woud be broken and not work. But it is OK. Probably because it came directly from France?
