they suck. they steal your money. never got my package. they won't refund you.

The thermostat does not work correctly: it changes mode by itself, the humidity is completely wrong (it's always at 99%). With the app indicated in the manual is not compatible with Alexa. I leave home with "using schedule" mode and when I return from work the heating is off because mode changed by itself. The seller does not help
