No issues with seller and product. It's a difficult job to install it properly since there is so little space for thicker gauge wiring, nor is there room to put a knot in a wire to prevent it from being pulled out. Take your time to do the job right the first time, and it helps to have a 3rd arm: either clippers or another person. If done right, then the wires should not pull out.
