Fatal. I pay for the earbuds and the headband and only have the earbuds. When I tell them that it is wrong, that I am missing the headband pad, and attach my order receipt, they tell me to open a dispute. That I only asked for the one with the headphones. Cuando les digo que es incorrecto, que me falta la almohadilla de la diadema y les adjunto el comprobante de mi pedido, me dicen que abra una disputa. Que solo pedí la de los auriculares. A whole week has passed since i opened my dispute with WHIYO about the missing blue headband that i've paid for and as of today i do not have any news of them and see the dispute has been closed. Anybody can inform me how is going to solve my problem with this shipment? Thank you.
