This is a Scam warning !!! This case was happened 3 months ago, I still waiting for refund. Buyer received a broken package. 1st the seller suppose refund to Buyer and ask reimbursement from UPS. Instead the seller ask buyer to check with UPS. So I called UPS 1-800-742-877 directly that shows UPS refund process on Oct 10th as seller request a check. So seller keeps saying he didn’t receive it. Then Buyer has no choice the put dispute on AliExpress. The AliExpress agent after live chat refund to seller the money. So the seller got 3X times my order payment from 3 sources, the 1st payment from me . and the UPS reimburse as 2nd payment. then Aliexperss refund to seller 3rd time of payment. And you know what, the seller refund 0 zero to buyer And ignores buyer’s refund request from chat. How could that happened the seller got 3X times of my payment not even refund to me. Tell me about it is it a scam?
