the picture is absolutely not the reality. it's not what i expeceted to be : the top is really black and it's not grey , more white. there is no transition between top and bottom. i trully think it was a gradient grey from the picture ( dark grey from the top to light grey on the bottom with a beautiful gradient). also the wig loose her hair very quickly

Wig never arrived. Seller was very sympathetic and shipped another one at no charge...which also never arrived. Seller issued full refund. I dont blame the seller for the packages getting lost in transit. They communicated very well with my issues and did everything they could to make sure i had a good experience, even though I was having trouble getting the packages.
