Unit was dead on arrival and must be shipped back at buyers expense. Will follow up after seller receives DOA unit and replaces or refunds.

Took about 3 months. The software via QR code on the enclosed paper description is only chinese and wants to install chinese games or something all the time. So unuseable. The software in the product description works, but not very good. For example pic format is set to 4:3 - you can change it on the app to 16:9 once you save it´s put back to 4:3. The date on the cam cant be saved via the app and so the cam shows a random time stamp every time it´s used. The seller has been asked about that in previous feedback but never responded. Cannot recommend this item!
