I have a pending issue with this supplier on the quality of this product and would send it back. The supplier said I will get $100 back and do not have to send it back. First we had an agreement via a dispute which was then closed and I was forced to give a five star before I could get money back. I did send the product back with track & trace and am now waiting for the supplier to react...
As already mentioned in the chat I don't want to reorder. I have send the product back and it is confirmed at your return location with track and trace. Just need the refund as is part of buyer protection and as is already agreed in the chat.
