The material is not suitable for ambitious riders. It ist simply Lycra without any moist control or other layers. So if you only ride occasionally it is probably very good. About the sizes: I wear German size 40, L was too tight, better take XL for the pants. I wear a 36 on top, S would probably fit perfectly, but as I bought a set, it was both in L, with the pants too tight and the top way too large. Seller is very nice and delivery was speedy. He offered me discount on other products.
