Not clear on picture, should be one size when i got it it was apparately a size small but there was no size small on the images. Total rip off and scam. Will never buy again

The item description is not real. The box has only 4 small cases, and it is not comfortable to use for drugs. I thought that a "weekly" pill fase will have 7 small boxes, that can be opened separately.
