Attached to converter 12V 5W halogen lamp. From 6V boosted to 12V at 5W. Not possible to light 10W lamp in same way. I tried switching jumper on and off multiple times, then 10W lamp switched on. 12V on lamp changed within 100mV when increased from 6V to 25V.
