I have hardware fault, and tested with help from customer service to determine fault. Replacement being sent and on it's way, but our whole country is in total covid-19 quarantine so giving top rating now and trust seller to deliver replacement. Very good communication with seller, and patience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
