The seller is very rude, I purchased the kit with 2 collars and 1 of them did not work. We tried to fix it but because the collar was broken it did not work. I asked the seller if I could return the entire set but he refused and wanted me to pay to return everything. Not only that, the sneaky, dishonest man tried to tell me customs could be €100 to return it!!! I raised a case with AliExpress and received my money back from the broken collar. After I received my refund for the broken collar the seller asked me to send back the collar that I was “claiming” was broken. As per my message, if he pays for the shipping I will return the broken collar.
