il prodotto non mi soddisfa per caratteristiche, forma, materiali, ergonomia... ho provato a chiedere il reso chiedendo se potevo usufruire del reso free o di ricevere un rimborso. la procedura di disputa in chorme ed explorer ha un rpblema sul campo del form e quandi per la disputa non funziona. dopo vari tantativi con la app, il venditore accetta di chiudere la disputa come concordato ma poi invece mi chiede soldi per il refound. mi tengo prodotto e il tempo perso. --- the product does not satisfy me for characteristics, shape, materials, ergonomics ... I tried to ask for the return asking if I could take advantage of the free return or receive a refund. the dispute procedure in chorme and explorer has a problem on the form field and when the dispute does not work. after several attempts with the app, the seller agrees to close the dispute as agreed but then instead asks me for money for the refound. I keep myself product and wasted time.
