The material was little thin compared to my existing 3-D wall tile, uneven wall imperfection will somewhat show through the 3-D tile if our walls were not sanded evenly. It was also 11 inch wide not 12 inch for most standard North American standard size tile. I have to improvised adding two extra wood corner borders, because I was short of 1.5 inch of the material at the end. Once the tile stick to the wall , it is almost impossible to adjust without peeling any back paint off our wall. I should have sprayed shampoo mix with water, so the tile could still somewhat adjust/slide to desired position. The tile was a bit too shiny, looks is satisfactory, but I have seen other 3-d tile looks even more real.
