Feels like neoprene + fleece. Design is good for large dogs. My Cane Corso parameters is: N:57 C:87 L:67, and 2XL fits nice, like a second skin. If your dog has larger Neck and Chest volume than mine - take 3XL, because it will be tight for it. Arrived to Ukraine in 2 weeks.

It's a great product, we have a mixbreed border collie and husky. Size M for well, delivery to Czech Republic was a one month during a Christmas. I recommend.
