The product came broken and I have checked the motherboard and there was no charging chip so I replaced the chip and it still didn’t work

Is this 9A? I bought 3 18650x6 DIY boxes and a 26650x3 box from 3 sellers. However, when I connect water kettle which spends 5~8A on Low and High mode to this item, the kettle fails to boil. Besides 12.6v 1A 5.5 2.1mm power adapter is useless. This item never charges batteries. cf. I bought 4 12.6v 1A adapters from Alli. cf The LED in the second photo is on for I turned on the switch button. But never charges batteries.
