This was the weirdest transaction ever. I ordered two batteries with free shipping and no taxes in the EU (confirmed twice by the seller). After ordering, the seller send me message to pay extra $90 for shipping because of 'shipping problems'. I refused and cancelled the order. Then the seller said he can ship free of charge but then I have to wait a month. Of course I was ok with that and the order was resumed. Then after some days the seller told me I have to pay taxes anyway and asked me if it's ok for me. The said reason: 'shipping problems'. Of course that wasn't ok and again i cancelled the order. Shortly after Ali stepped in and refunded my money because the seller didn't send the order within the defined timeframe. My gut feelings tell me that the seller was trying to make use of the corona crisis but i can't prove it. That's why one extra star. Please decide for yourself if you should do business with this seller....

New orders are not free shipping anymore. Shipping fee is now 88 Euro. I'm pretty sure that the seller's only purpose was to force me to cancel the order as he didn't want to be responsible for the extra shipping costs. A rather short-sighted approach of a seller who's main objective isn't customer satisfaction.....
