It was shipped in a plastic bag e-packet and the wires were bent in transport. I was able to bend them back enough to make it work but in my opinion, things that are bendable should be shipped in a box instead of a bag. That way it ensures that the product doesn't get damaged. I haven't tried it yet but I am sure it will work just fine.
