packagin6came crumpled but the thing is so heavy and solid it's actually stronger than its packaging :D after a couple of failed attempts to mount it I got I had to use the lip as a lever to open a gap behind the air socket frame and when placed the holder in position, press them again to lock it. It's very solid and the magnet is strong and holds the phone despite of the silicone cover around it. I can't believe I didn't buy this earlier. it only took ages to come
