Я 3 раза просил продавца продлить защиту заказа, но продавец не стал это делать. Заказ получил статус "Завершен", хотя посылку я не получил. Я открыл спор и проиграл. Why didnt you extend the protection of the order? My order was left unprotected and in the status Completed. I sent 2 request and 1 message to extend order protection time. But seller does not extend protection time.
