The remote works quite well, but there are a couple of issues that I had not foreseen: 1 - There is no "Ctrl" or "Alt" buttons, which prevent you from switching between windows. Instead there are two quite useless buttons for "www" and ".com" (there is an "Alt" button, but it only works to get the numbers and alternative characters, not as a real "Alt" on the keyboard) 2 - The backlight does not show the alternative characters, so you can't see the numbers for instance (see picture). Charged the battery when I got it (5 Dec) and have not had to charge it again yet, so not sure how long it will last. Will see if I can find some key mapper that can transform the "www" and ".com" to a real "Alt" and "Ctrl". Having a red "Power" and "Mute" buttons, both at the top is a bit confusing. Trackpad is nice to have, although a bit difficult to use sometimes. If this model existed with a fix for the two points I showed above, it would be perfect. Shipping was fast.
very happy with this item. I like the way the back light rotates when you turn the unit. not as fidigitty to use as you'd think.
