The items were ordered on the 23 of November 2020 and were received on the 5th of January 2021. The seller did not follow the shipping and custom declaration instructions given to him. Therefore, I had to pay VAT and administration expenses. There was no information on the product that it does not suite the Next model of the Nespresso Vertuo machines. The seller informed that he will send other capsules which suite the machine if I cancel the disputes . Therefore I cancelled the disputes. I am waiting for the other compensation capsules. I hope that the seller will declare the Items properly this time and I will receive the items.
The replacement capsules are received today and I tried them several times. In any way, the do not suite the Nesprresso Next machine. I tried with little and with more coffee compaction but they do not work in any way. They cause that the machine stops, it give red light and coffee comes out in the machine and it make it dirty. I also tried with different espresso coffees. My machine is new and it works perfectly otherwise. To summarise, your capsules are not suitable for the Nespresso Vertuo Next machines. You should complete your product specifications that those capsules don’t work with the Nesprresso Next machine.
