Eyeglasses never arrived at their destination even when I paid for the 13-20 days shipping service. Aliexpress opted to automatically use 'successful delivery' on my purchase even when the eyeglasses never even left China. Additionally, there is no way to get in touch on a call with a customer service agent as customers only have access to prefixed questions and answers.
