Wow! Surpassed my expectation considering I’m Texas country girl. I bought this for my daughter after being up at the farm in Oklahoma. The packaging was perfect and allowed it to keep the shape of the hat. It was put in a bag filled with air and bubble wrapped outside of that. There are two small ribbons on the inside that I am sure is for tightening the headband inside, but I haven’t tried it out yet. I’m very happy with this purchase and can’t wait for my daughter to try it on! I didn’t hear much from the seller because I wasn’t in a rush to receive this, but everything was updated on tracking as it occurred so I was confident it would arrive.
