The packaging has suffered and got a lot of dents/scratches. Therefore quality is good (not excellent). It can probably look like handmade due to some flows. Thermal resistance is not too good so in cold room you will need to heat the bottle repeatedly to fill the jar. Cups are really good to handle and the pot is good to pour cups. Shipping was extremely fast, packaging was not absolutely good but let the parcel survive shipping.
