Finish of the product was pretty good. Packaging was pretty good. One piece of the fixture was the wrong shape so the full fixture doesn't look exactly like it is supposed to, but it's fine. Dims and works. The piece that fastens the whole fixture to a North American junction box is not big enough - you may need to find an extra piece.

The product is from good quality. Took a long time to bring it to Belgium. There is a small manual and it was nice but not protected enough from transport hits. So, there is some paint off 2 arms and a small bump into a socket.
