I already left a message with the seller which went unanswered... The clock arrived damaged, the protective glass was separated from the clock, though andamaged. We are extremely disappointed and we will not be able to order more items from you although we like them.

It didn't move when I wrapped the screws around it.If I shook or tapped it a few times, the second hand would sometimes jump for about 5 seconds, but it didn't move any more.
