The seller is competent e send it to me quickly. The product shows a good image, but the colors didn't work out nice with my s-video consonle in two digital TVs (one with a native VGA Jacks). Anyway, I need to make more tests on PC monitors.
After more tests, I got another and more powerful VGA cable and all the colors problems were gone and the image now is beautiful on HDTVs. So I can definitely recommend it: It's a good converter.
