I didn't receive the parcel. the tracking number clearly says that the delivery failed. ( the parcel is in the Dominican republic, my country is the Democratic republic of Congo) I opened a dispute but aliexpress rejected it. I appealed the dispute results, aliexpress rejected it again. I am really disappointed.
