The item was returned to the seller by the shipping company and they had the nerve to tell me it had been delivered. I won the dispute and came to an arrangement with the seller to reship the item. All I have had from them is "Be Patient", no new tracking number almost a month after the dispute finished and now I cant start another dispute to get a refund. I was suprised by this because the seller has so many positive feedbacks but it appears i am now the one out of pocket. Crap service, crap communication, and probably the worst experience I have had on Ali, thanks for nothing.
